01
Why now?
Digital fitness is transforming quickly but without the personal touch of in-person workout experiences. What if we could create a digital experience that feels like you are going to your favorite gym or studio? There's an unprecedented imperative to 'virtualize' fitness, and Samsung already has a tangible footprint in people's lives and homes via phone, wearables, and TV.

02
Usability & Concept Testing
The goal for testing was to move away from using the TestFlight and Firebase builds and into Figma for quicker turnaround on insights & signal. We tested current features and conceptual ideas, including an FTUX flow where we experimented with new flows for the paywall and onboarding sequence. This new rapid prototype testing format helped the team move away from an 'execution' culture and allowed us to validate ideas before implemented, saving dev time and resources.

03
Future Ideas
After our beta launch and user testing sessions, we focused on how we could truly differentiate our offering through software & hardware. The goal was to create more custom workouts that were easily tailored to user needs while allowing fitness trainers to scale their content. We explored concepts around large-scale monitors, LiDAR sensors, and machine learning that would create a 'smart' experience that was reactive to the user.
