Competitor to Apple Fitness and Peloton, tailored to the Samsung ecosystem. Shipped a successful multi-device MVP.

Why now?
Digital fitness was growing fast but lacked the personal feel of in-person training. Samsung already had a footprint in people's homes (phone, wearable, TV) making it uniquely positioned to create a connected fitness experience that felt like your favorite studio.

Usability & Concept Testing
Shifted testing from TestFlight/Firebase builds to Figma prototypes for faster signal. Tested live features and concepts, including paywall and onboarding experiments. This rapid prototyping approach moved the team from an execution culture to a validation culture, saving dev time and resources.

Future Ideas
Post-beta, we explored differentiation through hardware and software integration. Custom workouts tailored to individual users, tools for trainers to scale content. Concept work included LiDAR-based form feedback and ML-driven adaptive workouts.
